The TOC Consulting Group (TOC) is composed of an acronym in that the T.O.C. stands for (T) Talent Management, (O) Organizational Strategizing, and (C) Creative Direction. TOC (pronounced ‘tock’), provides a holistic approach to business strategizing for organizations that want to transform their businesses by specializing in the three (3) aforementioned pillars. We believe that our three pillars are the most essential facets to operating a successful business.
TOC also recognizes that there is nothing more valuable to humankind than time. Hence, our wordplay on “TOC” and our logo’s design resembling a clock, are both presented to remind our clients that our ultimate goal is to help them produce an efficiently and effectively operating business. Additionally, to instill that “time” is more valuable to us than our clients’ money. As a business strategizing firm, we embrace and emphasize that people are both an organization’s greatest assets and greatest expenses. Therefore, it is with great emphasis that we purposefully focus on people development and customer service during our processes, and how significantly that they factor into the effectiveness of businesses.

At TOC Consulting Group, we are a people-driven consulting firm built on a foundation of deep industry experience, academic excellence, and an unwavering commitment to service. As the Founder and CEO, I bring over 15 years of professional experience across media, entertainment, fashion, and human capital management. I hold a Doctorate of Philosophy in Organizational Leadership Studies and a Master of Science in Adult Education with a concentration in Human Resource Development—credentials that deeply shape how we approach leadership development and organizational strategy.
TOC’s mission and vision were born from the early stages of my career in Hospitality and Event Management, after earning my bachelor’s degree. That background instilled in me a strong service mindset and a focus on operational excellence—core values that remain central to our firm’s approach. Lessons such as “Location, Location, Location,” “Moments of Truth,” and the critical link between internal service quality and external customer satisfaction are not just industry catchphrases—they’re embedded in the way we help businesses grow from the inside out.
As a team, we share a passion for helping others reach their full potential—individually and organizationally. That passion drives our tailored solutions in business strategy, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
